Reiki can help you or your animal feel more grounded, relaxed, and supported, whether navigating stress, grief, emotional overwhelm, illness, or simply needing a reset.

All Reiki sessions at VelaSky Healing include a brief check-in before we begin and time to connect afterward. In-person sessions take place in the studio in Eagle, Colorado.

Distance sessions are available from the comfort of your home and can be conducted over video, phone, or text.

Animal Reiki supports the body’s natural ability to heal and find balance. It can help ease anxiety and stress, aid recovery from injury or surgery, help manage chronic pain, address behavioral challenges, and bring comfort to senior animals and those navigating end-of-life transitions.

New Clients:
We begin with a 15-minute consultation (video or phone) to connect and review your intake form. Your Animal Reiki session is then scheduled and performed remotely at a later time.

Returning Clients:
Follow-ups are 25-minute distance Animal Reiki sessions.

Reiki is deeply restorative. It reduces stress, supports the body’s natural ability to heal, and promotes a sense of calm and clarity. People often report benefits across all dimensions of well-being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.

Every session is different, but most people report one or more of the following:

  • A deep sense of relaxation and inner quiet
  • Sensations of warmth, coolness, or tingling
  • Feelings of lightness or heaviness as you settle in
  • Colors, imagery, or emotions gently surfacing
  • Relief from stress and tension
  • Some people fall asleep — that’s perfectly fine

Virtual sessions are conducted via Google Meet from your own comfortable space. The Reiki practitioner will connect with you briefly before the session and afterward. You will lie down or stay seated during the energy healing session. Distance does not diminish the effectiveness of Reiki.

✧ Choose a quiet, private space where you can relax without interruption and lie down comfortably.

Reiki works best when you’re open to the experience.

Give yourself some quiet time after your session if you can. Go for a walk, sit in stillness, or journal. Drink plenty of water and eat lightly. Rest if your body asks for it.

In the days that follow, you may notice a greater sense of ease, emotional shifts, vivid dreams, or a need for extra sleep. These are signs your body is integrating the session.
Occasionally some people feel tired or emotionally tender after a session as the body processes and integrates the energy work. This is temporary and a normal part of the process. Stay hydrated, be gentle with yourself, and reach out if you have questions.

All sales are final. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the session.
